3. Your Yard and Neighbor’s Yard = Your Neighbor

This includes lack of maintenance of:
Grass, Decks, Driveways, Fences, Foundations, Guttering, Paint, Chipping Patios/Porches, Roofs & Chimneys, Sheds, Sidewalks, Derelict Vehicles, Windows & Doors
2. Common Area = Trustees
You can state you don’t have a phone number or account number to the automated system. Also state that you need help with a street light to the automated system
Please have the following:
- Address – The property the light is in front of
- Light number – It is normally toward the top of the pole. It has a letter followed by numbers. You may need to take a “zoomed in” picture with your phone to see these numbers. If you can’t get this number, Ameren can locate the light with the nearest address.
If you see or know who is doing the dumping contact the Police non emergency number.

No commercial vehicles of semi trucks are allowed to be parked in the Subdivision.
Cars must be registered and can not be parked at residence for longer than 72 hours unregistered.
They must be parked on the street legally or on a paved driveway (not in the grass), no part of the vehicle can be blocking the sidewalk.
Cars can not be on the street and listed for sale.
Police Non Emergency
Please have the address where the individuals are coming from. The police will not investigate if you do not supply them with this information.
Pocket bikes/miniature motorcycles are allowed on the street if driven by a person with a license, wearing a helmet, and obeying the traffic laws. They are also subject the the noise ordinance.
There can be a wide variety of issues that neighbors can have with one another. If your life or safety is in immediate danger call 911. If you feel comfortable doing so, you may speak with your neighbor to resolve the issue or call the Police non emergency number.
1. If the neighbor or neighboring property is violating a County ordinance, contact the appropriate County Office via the above dropdowns or via a County website search
2. If the issue is in violation of the Subdivision indentures or rules you may contact the Trustees.

Street flooding or a manhole cover that’s missing or out of place
It is important to keep the street drains clear and prevent lawn debris and objects from you and your neighbors from entering. The object may end up in the Pond as a drain over flow. This costs all the Residents money as assessment/dues go toward maintenance and repair of the Pond.
