Subdivision Information
There are approximately 467 homes in the Country Village Subdivision. The subdivision is governed by the St. Louis County laws and ordinances as well as the Country Village Indentures. There is a yearly assessment fee that all homeowners must pay that covers the cost for insurance, maintenance, clean up, upkeep, insurance, common ground maintenance, etc.
There is a large amount of common area in both the North and South sections. The images show the location of the common ground (in green) as well as the entry and exit points of the common ground. No homeowner(s) property is to be used to enter or exit common ground, nor to be a “shortcut”.
